Imported users should use the password reset flow before signing in to the custom app for the first time.
Integration setup
Send the WordPress or Drupal site URL, the plugin version, and the account email used during setup.
Message delivery
Include the box address, approximate send time, and the forwarding inbox you expected to receive the message.
